How to sign up for an account
Simply click this link to sign up for an account. Fill all fields correctly and submit your form. A confirmation mail will be sent to your registered email. After receiving the mail, click on the confirmation link to confirm your details and proceed to our website.
How to sign in to your account
To sign in simply click this link and enter your registered email and password. You must first create an account before signing in.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten or loss your password, simple click this link and enter your registered email. A link will be sent to your registered email. Follow the link provided in the mail to reset your password.
What to do once signed in
Once signed in you will be able to view your Profile, Browse, Add Items to your Cart, Place Order, etc.
Placing order
To place an order, simply browse the desired product, select quantity and proceed to checkout. An order confirmation will be emailed to you with payment instructions.
All orders are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and payment validation authorization. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or telephone to request additional information.
PAYMENT
Payments are made via debit cards, bank transfers and cash deposits only. We only accept Cheques from known customers.
We accept purchase orders from government agencies, education institutions, Contractors, Retailers and corporations. All orders are subject to approval

DELIVERY
We deliver within 3 days and a maximum of 14 days – nationwide. We offer next day delivery for most orders in Abuja.
Wholesale and bulk orders will be delivered FREE – nationwide.
RETURNS
I need to return the items I purchased. How can I do this?
We want you to love the items you purchase from Technology House Limited. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return items for a full refund within 7 days, subject to the conditions below.
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.), in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact.
- Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit, reflecting any missing peripherals.
- The product serial number must match the serial number in our database. Technologyhouse.com.ng maintains serial number tracking.
- We require that all approved returns of computers, tablets, and similar devices have the password removed or restored to the system default.
- Return merchandise must be double-boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box. Your Return Authorization number should be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
- You must contact our customer service department to arrange a return.
I've returned my items. When will I get a refund?
Refunds for returns are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account.
The item I bought is defective, or it was damaged in shipment. Help!
Any item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced or returned for a full refund.
Claims for items damaged in transit or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of the shipment. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible if your item was damaged in transit.
